VP, Global Payment Operations (2-Year Contract) - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Payment Solutions operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, robust controls, and operational excellence
• Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and customer outcomes
• Oversee outsourced service providers, ensuring effective governance, strong service performance, and adherence to contractual obligations
• Champion operational excellence by leveraging process optimisation, automation, and data-driven insights to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Strengthen the risk and control environment by ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective operational risk management

Requirements

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in banking operations, shared services, or a global service centre environment
• Sound knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance within the banking industry
• Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, team development, performance management, and fostering a high-performing culture
