Requirements
At least 7 years of leadership experience in banking operations, shared services, or a global service centre environment
Sound knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance within the banking industry
Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, team development, performance management, and fostering a high-performing culture
