Salary: Up to $3800 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support renewal processes, including documentation preparation, data tracking, and ensuring completeness of required information for review and submission.
• Assist in new business processing, including case tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely placement.
• Provide administrative coordination for ad hoc programs and initiatives, including communication tracking and distributor engagement support.
• Support training logistics for Agency and IFA distribution (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-ups).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Operations, Product, IT) to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards for renewals, new business cases, and ongoing initiatives.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure service timelines and standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint for tracking and reporting)
