Job Description - [1 YEAR CONTRACT] Business Office Admin #HZTS - Part-Time

Job Description:

Perform patient’s admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter

Perform financial counselling – explain hospital agreement, estimated charges, advise on Medisave/Medishield/private shield payment arrangements, collect deposits

Perform billing and cashiering - process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection

To request for Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers, follow up for LOGs

Reply to BO related queries via email or calls

Other duties as assigned
