1 Year Contract Trade Relations Officer / Suntec - Part-Time

5 days : 8.45am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities

• Arrange duty visits, meetings, etc., for senior officers
• Organize events like business forums, seminars, webinars, luncheons, and dinners for senior officers
• Prepare meeting materials for senior officers
• Conduct research and monitor major political and socio-economic developments in relevant countries
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of working experience
• Excellent communication skills in bilingual languages.
• Detail-oriented, ability to display strong teamwork, self-motivated, hardworking and honest
• Able to work under tight deadlines;
• Able to start work immediately
