1 Year Group Compliance Management Reporting Banking Up To $7500 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $7500 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and deliver a comprehensive suite of management reports for Group Compliance, covering compliance breaches, compliance metrics, and regulatory developments, etc.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting templates and methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in report generation.
• Explore opportunities for automation and productivity gains in relation to reporting processes, including the use of Microsoft Co-pilot and other automation tools.
• Analyze compliance data and trends to identify potential risks, emerging issues, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with various Compliance teams to gather necessary data and information for reporting.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from senior management, internal audit, and regulators in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing reporting systems, tools, and processes, driving automation and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for various committees and forums.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management reporting, data analysis, or compliance-related role, within the financial services industry.
