1 Year Junior Programme Admin Officer - University (Up To $3800) #NKA - Part-Time

Working Hours: 8:30 - 5:45 (Mon - Thurs), 8:30 - 5:15 (Fri)

Salary: Up to $3800

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in timetabling and scheduling of programmes and courses, including liaising with timetabling representatives for amendments.
• Maintain and prepare accurate content for programme handbooks, including collating responses from course coordinators.
• Coordinate with tutors, participants, and internal units to ensure seamless programme administration.
• Check programme structure inputs in the new Student Management System.
• Provide administrative support for events organised by the Office of Teacher Education and Undergraduate Programmes.
• Attend meetings with students and prepare minutes.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience in programme/course administration or a related field
