1 Year Senior HR Executive Assistant (Shared Services, West) #HAC - Part-Time

Mon-Thur : 830am - 6pm, Fri : 830am - 530pm

Job details:

• The role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data and related systems. Key responsibilities include high volume data processing, mass uploads, data verification checks, report generation, and maintaining data integrity for onboarding and existing staff.
• This position plays a vital role in ensuring service delivery consistency, minimizing data errors, and supporting ongoing operational demands and projects.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development (L&D) and Benefits teams within HR Group Shared Services.
• Support critical HR operations including training programme coordination, leave administration, claims processing, and audit documentation.
• Training and standard operating procedures will be provided.

Job requirements:

• Min Diploma in HR, Business or equivalent.
• Strong ability to manage high volume activities while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR systems.
