12 Months Admin Officer Insurance Up To $3400 #NKA - Part-Time

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $3400 + 1 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle emails enquiries from HRs and Brokers, relating to sales administration on Renewal and Billings.
• Process manual renewal interventions process for full year in 2027.
• Prepare documentations on manual renewal and send to Mercer
• Prepare manual download of documents from the system
• Checks documents are in order
• Prepare and approve Nira
• Send policy documents upon request from HR/Brokers (eg COI, Policy contract, Endorsements, Billings).
• Notify HR on O/S Premium and follow-up till closure.
• Update Renewal tracker, Credit Control tracker.
• Raise ServiceNow on EBConnect issues, escalate to Account Manager when need arises.
• Escalate matter arising to Account Manager for further handling / solutioning.
• Other Sales admin support duties when required.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with admin experience (preferably within insurance)
