12 Months HR Operations Banking Up To $5000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $5000 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met/exceeded
• Ensure quality employee data maintenance in the HR system and address data discrepancies promptly to support accurate data analytics and reporting
• Respond to staff enquiries and work closely with Employee Services Partners and/or other HR teams to resolve service issues
• Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments with accuracy and timeliness, and coordinating with relevant parties to address related queries where required
• Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors
• Partner HR teams and colleagues across geographies to ensure prompt delivery of HR support actions
• Participate in regular process reviews and contribute ideas to improve processes to achieve better efficiency and productivity

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in HR shared services environment
• Knowledge of employment regulations as well as MAS Representative Notification Framework will be an advantage
• Service and process oriented, organized and able to observe and operate within tight timelines and a fast paced environment
