📍 Location:Bugis MRT
💰 Salary: $3,500 - $4,500/month (commensurate with experience)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
🏢 Work Arrangement: Fully On-site
📅 Contract: Strictly 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

🏢 Office & Facilities Management

• Oversee office maintenance, repairs and workplace upkeep
• Liaise with building management and external vendors
• Coordinate servicing (air-conditioning, cleaning, carpet shampooing, etc.)
• Attend to urgent maintenance matters when required

🔐 Security & Access Management

• Manage office access cards and CCTV system
• Handle security alarm responses (including after office hours when necessary)
• Support fire drills and workplace safety compliance

💳 Finance & Procurement

• Process Accounts Payable invoices and staff claims
• Manage petty cash and monthly records
• Source and procure office supplies and services
• Maintain vendor database and approved supplier list
