2 weeks to 1 month Temp Admin, Biomedical Engineering (BME)

Location: Upper Thomson
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 0830 to 1800 and Friday: 0830 to 1730

Job scope :

• Extract last two years of BME's maintenance logs and checklists into a structured format (Excel spreadsheet). Approximately 5700 records in total.
• A high-level overview of the total records checked and types of mistakes/mismatch found.
• After the BME Manager approves the corrections, the person will assist BME Technical Officer with the upload process into BME cloud storage.

Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word for data sorting and file compilation).
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
