3 Months Administrative Assistant $2.5K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and logistics for programmes organised by the department.

• Assist with tutorial/assessment logistics such as setting up of virtual sessions (such as Zoom), preparation of registration listing, admission & monitoring of student attendance.

• Assist with lecturer management and course administration such as tabulating of course attendance for the issuance of Certificate of Attendance, compilation of evaluation and post tutorial reports, collating of required documents for funding submission and maintaining of registration listing.  

• Handle any enquiries from students in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist the supervisor in any projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Able to work 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
