3 Months Temp Operations Administrative Assistant Up To $3500 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Tuas (Pick up at JE and CCK)

Working Hours: 8am to 5.15pm

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of administrative activities in support of assigned department(s) such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, etc., and/or geographic areas
• Duties may include some or all of the following: correspondence, material preparation, data entry. Filing (hard copy and electronic), scanning and copying, submitting information and requests internally and to third parties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with IT experience
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Preparation of work orders indicating parts, specifications, and refurbishment processes
