3 To 6 Months Administrative Assistant $2.5K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage season parking application, billing, termination and programming
• Maintain season parking master listing and prepare monthly reports for hourly parking and season parking
• Handle all enquiries on carpark matters
• Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties (visitor management) where required
• Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics – photo copier, water dispensers, stationeries, refreshments, dry cleaning of uniform
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager and Supervisors

Job Requirements:

• A levels/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
• 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work with minimal supervision
