4-6 Months HR Intern (3-5 Days A Week, Up To $12/Hr) #HCG - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct phone interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration.
• Support other ad hoc recruitment and HR duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to commit min 3 days a week, office hours
