• Manage clinician development programmes, including application processing, programme administration, tracking outcomes, and preparing reports.
• Maintain and update website content, professional profiles, and achievement showcases to increase visibility of healthcare professionals and researchers.
• Provide secretariat support for committees, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating career development pathways for healthcare professionals and research talent.
• Support mentorship programmes, profile showcases, events, and publicity initiatives.
• Participate in departmental projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess at least a degree in Sciences
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in programme administration, project coordination, research administration, or healthcare operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, meeting materials, and online content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable managing website or online content updates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
