6 Months Admin Assistant ($2000) #HJOT - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the department on daily operations
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents
• Handle email correspondence, phone enquiries, and follow-up actions
• Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
• Support office operations and project-related administrative tasks
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
