🏥6 Months Analyst, Group Claims (Maternity Cover)
📍 Location: Marina One
💰 Salary: Up to $3,810/month + 0.5 Month Bonus
📅 Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and process local & overseas medical and non-medical claims within policy terms and turnaround timelines.
• Review and approve Pre-Authorisation / Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests.
• Liaise with policyholders, hospitals, clinics, medical providers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders to obtain claim information and resolve enquiries.
• Handle claims payment follow-ups, including unsuccessful bank transfers, CPF failures, refunds, and reprocessing of claims.
• Prepare claim settlement letters, maintain claims documentation, and update Statements of Accounts.
• Follow up on hospital billing enquiries and outstanding receivables, including overpayment refunds.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, daily claims statistics, and trend analysis.
• Support finance-related claims activities such as refunds, receipt voucher cancellations, and cheque cancellations.
• Participate in claims system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify potential fraud or claim inconsistencies and escalate where necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
