6 Months Contract Human Resource Assistant $2.6K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation and filing of supporting documents.
• Assist with internship applications and coordination with local institutions.
• Maintain accurate learning and training records.
• Prepare documentation to support compliance readiness and internal / external audits.
• Coordinate training administration, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Compile and standardise Learning & Development documentation and records.
• Support the setup and administration of regional training request and registration platforms.
• Assist with streamlining and automation of selected L&D workflows.
• Perform L&D data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Support ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support, or regulatory coordination will be added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Well‑organised and able to manage documentation accurately.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
