6 Months Contract To Perm Compensation & Benefits (C&B) - HSN - Part-Time

• Provide administrative support for annual and ad hoc compensation exercises, including salary reviews, bonus payments, allowances, and other remuneration-related activities.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of compensation and benefits information.
• Prepare employment-related documents, including salary adjustment, bonus, and allowance letters, where required.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programmes and respond to routine benefits-related enquiries.
• Support the preparation of reports, analysis, and documentation.

Finance & Vendor Administration

• Process invoices relating to C&B services and ensure timely payment.
• Liaise with Finance and vendors on invoice processing, payment status, and reconciliation matters.
• Maintain invoice and payment trackers and ensure supporting documentation is complete.

General Administrative Support

·       Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.

• Coordinate meetings and provide logistical support where required.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
