Location: Kent Ridge

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 830 - 6 from Mon - Thurs, and 830 - 530 on Fridays

Salary: $2250

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate accreditation and quality assurance documentation
• Organise meetings, track action items, and do secretariat/admin support
• Maintain tutor handbooks and internal trackers
• Clean and prepare academic/feedback data for yearly school reporting
• Handle document management, version control, and stakeholder coordination
• Support committees and collaborations between medical schools

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field with data processing experience
• Able to use Pivot Table, VLOOKUP
