Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 830am to 530pm (M-F)

Start 1 July to 6 Months

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support HR processes such as leave administration, claims, and performance review tracking.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and office coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling confidential information
