6 Months Industry Partnership Assistant Manager- HEALTHCARE -HDT - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Draft and review industry partnership and other research- or innovation-related agreements
• Coordinate and facilitate the review and negotiation of agreements
• Track review timelines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure continuity of in‑progress agreements
• Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs, templates and relevant policy documents
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Translational Research Office during the cover period

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related disciplines
• Prior experience in research contracts management or related administrative work is preferred
• Familiarity with the national research funding landscape and grant schemes will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels
• Able to work independently, manage timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Meticulous, organised and proactive
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude
