6 Months Insurance Operations Executive East Up To $3800 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Eunos

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $3800 + 0.5 month bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;
• Assist in the issuance of policy adjustment, member movement;
• Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund;
• Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely;
• Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email;
• Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;
• Understand the workflow and to work with Section Head on identifying areas of improvement for operations efficiency;
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business or any relevant field with administrative experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
