Job Responsibilities:

• Manage routine administrative tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide administrative support for the examination process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Assist with exchange programs, online courses, and internship-related matters.
• Support the review and processing of course results.
• Facilitate the course appeals process for incoming exchange students.
• Assist in course registration process.
• Handle time-sensitive activities such as data entry, record updates, and document preparation.
• Manage role-based email accounts.
• Assist in special needs’ invigilation.
• Process Leave of Absence requests.
• Assist with logistics for school events and raise purchase requests.
• Undertake ad hoc duties and support assigned projects.
• Provide additional support as required by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A Levels or Diploma with admin experience
