Academic Coordinator (Contract) - Part-Time

Connect Energy partners with an instituition to look for an Academic Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners and manage after school programmes where he/she will assist in the attendance and overall discipline of the group of students.
• Assist Assistant Year Head (AYH) in charge with designing customized daily after school programmes with prospective partners for segmented groups of high needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend school.
• Keep close monitoring on specific information of individual HN students during and after school
• Assist in the organizing Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in charge
• Provide support to administrative operations and carry out any other tasks / duties assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders.

Requirements

• Min. GCE 'O' level
• At least 2 years working experience in primary school as educator or teaching support staff.
• Able to monitor and manage students in completing their tasks on hand
• Has good communication skills and can work well with students
• Must be strong in administrative tasks like keeping record and filing.
• Able to work in western part of Singapore
• Willing to take on a 1 year contract job, subject to extension.
