$1,800 - 2,500 monthly

Job Description - Admin & Account Assistant - Part-Time

Accounting Duties

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue invoices, credit notes, and track customer payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with bank transactions and petty cash management.
  • Assist with month-end closing and prepare data for annual audits.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle general office reception, answer phone calls, and greet visitors.
  • Maintain office inventory, order stationery, and manage pantry supplies.
  • Manage courier services, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and sort documents.
  • Perform data entry, maintain physical/digital filing systems, and assist HR with basic onboarding paperwork.
