Admin Assistant (1 Year Contract) #TNJHK - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support loan processing and submission activities with financial institutions
• Update and maintain loan records and application status in internal systems
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders on loan documentation and processing updates
• Review and verify loan-related documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and manage documentation for loan disbursement and registration processes
• Maintain proper filing, tracking, and archival of records and documents
• Support administrative and ad-hoc operational duties as assigned
