Job Description:

1. Daily data entry, summarizing and categorizing of patients’ compliments and feedback into customer relationship management system (CRM)

2. Generate qualitative data for monthly staff compliments

3. Generate quantitative reports and charts for patient experience survey data, including data scrubbing

4. Assist with coordination of staff service and communication trainings

5. Support PX initiatives/events and other adhoc duties

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course
