Provide daily administrative support to the department.
• Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
• Handle data entry and ensure information is accurate.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
• Manage filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
• Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and other administrative documents.
• Assist in inventory control for office supplies and department consumables.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and customers.
• Support onboarding and training administration for new employees.
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Track department KPIs and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and document control procedures.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
