Admin Assistant (Sales Support - 6 Months Extendable) - Part-Time

Job Description:

• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in application processing and obtain approvals for new applications.
• Liaise with customers for documentation follow up
• Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays
• Check customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary
• Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer’s situation and vehicle details.
• Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications

Requirements:

• Minimum Tertiary Education with prior administrative experience
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
• Able to start work immediately
