Admin Assistant (School Operations) - Part-Time

Job scope:

• Supports the ICT Department by checking and ensuring that the school's Audio-Visual (AV) systems are functioning correctly before school activities commence

• Responsible for managing student needs and ensuring the safety, orderliness, and well-being of students during recess and dismissal times. Serves as a point of contact for students requiring assistance and works closely with teachers on duty to maintain a safe school environment

• Facilitating Adult for identified P1- P5 students. Responsible for supporting and facilitating programme activities, monitoring student participation, and ensuring a safe and conducive environment during sessions

• Assist the Science Department with the preparation of laboratory materials, equipment, and consumables required for science lessons and experiments

• Responsible for capturing photographs at school events and activities, and for the subsequent downloading, organizing, and submission of photos.

• Station at designated dismissal point before the scheduled dismissal time. Officer should be familiar with the school's dismissal procedures and the designated waiting areas for different groups of students, including those taking school buses, those being fetched by parents, and those who are walking home

Requirements

1. Preferably with relevant experience in school

Contract Duration: Immediate till 20 November 2026

Working Arrangement:

• Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8am to 5pm
• Lunch time: 30 mins

Location: Tampines

Salary: $2,170 per month onwards
