Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for an Admin Assistant to support their Equities Sales & Trading teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being the backbone that keeps a trading floor running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Providing administrative support to the Equities Sales & Trading teams
Coordinating meetings between Analysts and Sales, handling all the logistics that go with it
Managing travel bookings, organizing internal and external meetings, and processing expense claims
Taking on general office responsibilities as needed by the team

Someone proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy
Strong communicator who can work well with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders and clients
A self-starter who can think on their feet and solve problems as they come up
