Admin Executive (6months Contract, Convertible To Permanent) - CK - Part-Time

Location: Central
Position: Admin Executive (6months contract, convertible to permanent) - CK
Salary: basic up $3,500 + completion bonus)

Responsibilities:

Secretarial Support (40%)
Manage schedules, travel arrangements, logistics, and visitor coordination to support departmental operations.

Business Operations Support (35%)
Support service agreements, billing, payments, vendor setup, internal applications, and routine reporting to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.

Group Companies Support (25%)
Provide administrative and operational support for matters relating to group companies of the department

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years in secretarial and administrative support.

Ability to support at least 2 officers is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with workflow/ERP systems (e.g., MUGEN, PRISM, SAP) preferred.

Strong documentation and organisational skills
