Admin Executive GOVT - GW - Part-Time

Highlights:

• Contract Duration: up to 12 months
• Salary range: $2200 - $2500 (per month)
• Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge / Ang Mo Kio / Maxwell
• Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6:00pm

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Minimally 1-2 years of admin experience.
• Experience in grant administration is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work on weekends and PH for event support.

Description:

• Assist in order processing and attending of customer enquiries, complaints, or feedback.
• Verification and updating of order information, claims, and documents submitted.
• Maintain and update records and database.
• Preparing, organizing and maintaining documents, filing systems, and reports.
• Prepare and process research project claims for submission.
• Ensure compliance of funded projects with funding policies.
• Stakeholder communication and liaising.
• Other duties assigned.
