Job Description - Admin Executive - Part-Time

Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defence and public security sector.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire process orientated Admin Executives with a passion for customer service to join their organization.

Provide administrative support to the admin and operations team

If you're someone with the following, let's chat!

Min. Diploma and above
Prior experience in customer service is an additional advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skill
IT savvy and knowledge in common software (Microsoft Office)

Additional details

5 days work week | Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 6pm
Work location at Depot Road (moving near Cashew MRT in June/July)
1 - 2 years contract (renewable)
