Admin Executive (Public Agency) - Part-Time

We are looking for a meticulous Administrative professional experienced in supporting construction-related projects for administrative and project management duties.

• Up to $3,800 per month
• Contract (Asap - Mar 2027)
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Central Area

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and project management support, including meeting coordination, minutes, reports, and task tracking.
• Maintain and file project documentation in organisational systems, ensuring audit compliance.
• Support process improvement initiatives and enhance divisional workflows.
• Manage project databases and develop standard templates and reference materials.
• Provide administrative support for work planning, finance, reporting, meetings, and staff events.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 3 years of working experience.
• Efficient, organised, highly motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
