Admin Executive (Training Centre, 6 Months) - Part-Time

We are looking for a meticulous Admin professional to assist with the administration of our training courses, assessments, and events.

• Up to $3,000 per month
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• 6-month contract
• Tiong Bahru MRT

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the course administration and logistics support for courses, assessments, and events.
• Manage enquiries over calls, emails and walk-in visits.
• Process applications for courses from individual learners and organisations.
• Monitor and follow up on invoices, outstanding payments, refunds, appeals and waivers.
• Support learners in the operations of day to day classes for programmes assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of Training Administration/Event Management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
