• Manage contracts with artists and partners • Manage budget flow • Manage team workflow • Manage company’s filing and data storage • Oversee audits • Assist in reporting to NAC & Board of Directors • Organise Board Meeting and General Meeting (annual)
Requirements
• Highly organised and detail oriented • Strong experience with range of online services, govt portals, Excel, apple apps • Minimum 3 years of experience • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player/leader • Based in Singapore
