Job Requirements

· Must possess minimum Secondary School / "O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field or equivalent

· Able to use Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook

· Able to commit long term

· Able to work independently, being responsible for your own work and able to meet deadlines

· Being cooperative, strong communication with team members

· Comfortable with English & Mandarin

· Minimum 2-3 year related working experience

· Experience in using an ERP software preferred

· All relevant training will be provided

Roles & Responsibilities

· Sales data compilation, data entry and reporting. Using Excel to generate reports and some manual data entry

· Screening phone calls, inquiries, walk-ins and requests, and handling them when appropriate

· Responding to emails professionally

· Issuing invoices, delivery orders

· Ensure documents filing in order

· Follow up on Accounts Receivables and reporting

· Update of sales collaterals template

· Ensure all documents from sales outlets are consolidated at month end
