We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Admin Project Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly.
Manage and maintain company schedules, including exhibition and event timelines, project deadlines, and important business dates.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings for overseas business trips.
Submit exhibitor forms, event registrations, and other administrative documents required for exhibitions and events.
Liaise with the Accounts team on invoices, payments, and related documentation.
Perform light HR duties, including attendance tracking, leave records, and maintaining employee documentation.
Collect and distribute mail and correspondence on a daily basis.
Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Provide administrative support to management and various departments as required.
Assist with general office coordination and ensure daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to work independently while being a supportive team player.
Prior administrative experience is an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
