Admin Support (12 Months Up To $20/Hr) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the CPE (Continuing Professional Education) committee by coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, while handling CPE-related enquiries, processing claims, and supporting onboarding for PRS 2.0.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the CPE committee (prepare meeting agendas & coordinate meetings)
• Handle email enquiries related to CPE claims
• Process CPE claims and assist with onboarding for PRS 2.0

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage correspondence and stakeholder queries.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is an advantage.

• Location: Whampoa Rd
• Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary: $20/hr
