Administrative Assistant (Marketing/ Govt) #HZO - Part-Time

Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.00pm / 9.00am – 6.30pm
Contract: 6 Months (Oct 2026 – Mar 2027) (12-week initial contract before extension)
Salary: Up to $3,300/month

Job Scope:

• Support branding initiatives and brand health reporting.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, activations and vendor management.
• Assist with workshops, presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide operational support for marketing and communications activities.
• Manage procurement, inventory, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Support ad hoc branding and communications projects.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any relevant marketing/ communications
• Min. 2 years of Marketing & Communications experience.
• Experience in branding, campaigns or corporate communications is advantageous.
