$2,300 - 2,500 monthly

Job Description - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Part-Time

Working Location: Premier @ Kaki Bukit

5 day work week - 3/6 months contract position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer payments, instalments, and outstanding balances
  • Monitor payment due dates and follow up with customers on overdue or pending payments
  • Prepare payment summaries, ageing reports, and reconciliation records
  • Handle administrative paperwork related to vehicle sales, financing, and leasing
  • Manage documentation filing and record-keeping (physical and digital)
  • Manage and update company CRM software accurately

Requirements:

  • Experience using Xero accounting software is an advantage
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting/admin systems
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
