Role Title: Administrative Business Partner
Duration: 10 June 2024 - 14 March 2025 (9-month contract)

Project Overview:
As an Administrative Business Partner, you’re at the heart of your team’s business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members to help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You’ll be supporting 1 News Partnerships Director and 2 Knowledge & Information Partnerships Executives (1 Director and 1 Managing Director).
Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to 3 executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- Plan, manage and execute project logistics i.e. team events, offsites, other celebrations and milestones
- Develop and deploy strong organizational skills and an ability to strategically prioritize often competing tasks
- Liaise with external partners, companies, and guests on behalf of your executive partner for scheduling of engagements, appointments and any special requests
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams in the Administrative front
- Fluent in English
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experience may be equally valuable
- Experience in an administrative role for senior management, involving calendar management, event planning, travel scheduling and booking.
- Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on business matters
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to manage complex travel requests and itineraries (sometimes last minute)
- Ability to effectively communicate across timezones and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and be calm and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
Skill/Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
