Assistant Manager [Admin/University] - Part-Time

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Timing: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $5,200 per month
• Duration: 6 months (subject to renewal for another 6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of undergraduate assessments and examinations, including marks processing and the preparation of reports for School meetings.
• Manage the nomination and conferment process for academic medals and book prizes in accordance with University policies and guidelines.
• Collect, compile, analyse, and maintain data from multiple sources, preparing reports while ensuring accurate records management and archiving.
• Coordinate the administration of joint programmes and inbound non-graduating research internship programmes.
• Respond to enquiries from students and faculty on academic policies, processes, and operational matters in a professional and timely manner.
• Support and participate in ad hoc student administration projects, initiatives, and process improvement activities.
• Perform counter reception and frontline customer service duties as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree in any field
• Prior experience in higher education or the education sector would be an advantage
