Assistant Manager (Communications 12-Mth Contract Salary Up To $6K) - Part-Time

📍 Nearest MRT: Labrador Park (Central)
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Hybrid work arrangement is subject to PSD’s guidelines)
💰 Salary: Up to $6K per month
📅 Duration: 12-month contract (Maternity cover)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media platforms and the corporate website
• Create and review digital content, including social media posts, website articles, EDMs, newsletters, and other communications materials
• Plan and coordinate digital campaigns with creative and media agencies from concept through execution
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen audience engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective and timely digital communications
• Support other digital communications initiatives and projects as required

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in digital communications, content development, social media management, or related fields
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for digital platforms
• Good understanding of social media trends, digital communications, and content best practices
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
• Experience communicating public policy or national initiatives to diverse audiences is an advantage
