Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

Our client, a reputable organisation in the Government sector, is seeking an Assistant Manager (Data Operations) to support daily operations and coordinate data-related requests across various internal projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for data-related projects.

• Monitor and manage a shared mailbox for incoming requests.

• Track requests and maintain internal trackers.

• Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor service turnaround timelines.

• Assist with user onboarding and data access requests.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

• Able to work independently and learn quickly.
