Assistant Manager (Procurement/Govt) - Part-Time

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Work Schedule: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon - Thursday) & 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: $3,450 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative matters related to Workday and GeBIZ.
• Publish and award ITQs, ITTs, and RFQs, and liaise with the GeBIZ Helpdesk to resolve system-related issues.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in GeBIZ and process amendments to POs or Workday Worktags.
• Create, close, terminate, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
• Guide Goods Receipt Officers (GROs) on performing timely and accurate goods receipt transactions in Workday.
• Respond to and resolve staff enquiries related to Workday and GeBIZ.
• Coordinate with the outsourced vendor to resolve issues relating to the creation of Period Contract Purchase Orders.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience with GeBIZ and Workday, or other procurement and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus
