Assistant Manager (School, Graduate Coursework) - Part-Time

• Salary: Up to $4,200 per month
• Duration: 6 months (Subject to Conversion/Extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for prospective postgraduate students, providing accurate and timely information on the University’s programmes, admissions policies, and enrolment procedures.
• Manage the end-to-end application and admissions processes for postgraduate students, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and timelines.
• Develop and implement communication plans to promote the University’s postgraduate programmes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse reports to evaluate market trends, assess the effectiveness of current partnerships and services, and measure their impact on local enrolment targets.
• Coordinate communications with faculty and school administrators to ensure clarity and consistency regarding postgraduate admissions requirements, processes, and updates.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Prior experience in event management and student administration in a higher educational institution higher education would be a plus
